1. The service

A.C.U.T.E. Labs provides browser-based file processing tools. All tools run locally in your browser. We provide the software; you provide the files and your device's compute.

2. Free tier

Free tier usage is subject to daily limits per tool. Limits are enforced client-side via localStorage and reset daily. We reserve the right to adjust limits.

3. Pro license

A Pro license key is issued per purchase via Lemon Squeezy. It is stored in your browser's localStorage and validated against our edge API on use. You may use the key across your personal devices. Sharing or reselling license keys is not permitted.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund if a tool does not function as described on the product page. Contact us via the support page within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use these tools to process files you do not own or have permission to process. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent or redistribute our software.

6. Disclaimer

The tools are provided "as is". A.C.U.T.E. Labs is not liable for data loss, corruption or any consequences of using the tools. Always keep backups of important files. Our tools are utility aids, not legal or financial instruments — InvoicePad output, for example, should be reviewed by a qualified accountant where required.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the tools after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
